Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Additionally featured in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
